We have been updated to bukkit 1.7.4 for a while now, but quite a few of the plugins are still running development builds. This will soon change, hopefully, and we'll be able to move to a completely stable version. Play on my friends, and if you encounter bugs, please report them in the forums. Thanks!
We are still using a vanilla server (The little server status module is run via plugin, so it is incorrect) for the time being. Bukkit is taking >2 months now to update, and it is beginning to piss me off! Ah well, not much we can do. Spawn will be an imported extreme terrain mountain with a castle in it, and it is coming along nicely. At this rate, it will most certainly be finished by the time we update. Like I've said before, the world will no longer be resetting, but the 400 blocks around the current 0, 0 coords will be deleted. Here are some pictures!
As you can see, it isn't super complete yet, but everything will be done shortly :)
As for the website, it has been seeing a bit of neglect while I work on spawn. It will be completed, do not fear, but spawn has moved above it on the priorities.
Thanks for reading, and keep on minecrafting! -Lampitos
Hi, so I'm not resetting the world. When I made the initial descision that we would reset the world, I didn't realize that it would take bukkit nearly 2 months to update (still isn't updated). So yeah, we won't reset. Only ~400 blocks around spawn (Note that by spawn, I mean the coords 0, 0) will be getting a full reset, but other than that, the world will be fine :)
Hello everyone, your admin Lampitos here. I just wanted to let you all know about some upcoming changes to the website and server. 1.7.2 is going to be a MASSIVE update to CreeperCraft, and one that will hopefully help this server grow exponentially in the future. You can find the actively updated info in the forums section of the website on what kind of progress I'm making towards the 1.7.2 version.
A large part of what is to come is not actually in-game, but rather, behind the scenes. We are transferring from bukkit over to spigot, a different server type. There are a few reasons for this, but the main one being that spigot is highly optimized to run well on large servers. I'm planning to expand the player base and create a large community, with smaller communities sprinkled in. Donator ranks have changed a lot, and more about them will be coming as I finalize the ranks. I'm starting an advertising campaign that hopefully will turn out well for us in the long run. We need people to come to the server, because right now, the player base is pretty stale, and a lot of excitement has been lost.
In-game, I need to get cracking on spawn (as do the other admins). It is going to be impressive, very impressive, but also easy to understand. When a player joins, he/she will have the option to choose a tutorial path. There will be three tutorial paths, and each will teach different aspects of the game. If a player wants to simply join a town and build a base, they shouldn't be forced to read up on how to create a town. If a player wants to create a town, they don't need to know the basics of survival in the wilderness without grief protection. That's another thing. Grief protection will not be over the top. There are quite a few people who can offer rollbacks to those who have been griefed, so I don't really see the point of protecting EVERYONE, especially with a 50,000x50,000 world size.
Overall, I hope that everyone enjoys 1.7.2, and I look forward to growing our community :)
P.S. I'm quite sick, so progress is going to be a little slow for a few days
and get 1/2 off all ranks!

Hi, my name is Lampitos, and this server is my job. If you enjoy it, please consider donating. Please note that even if you donate, the admin team still has the right to take away any and all given ranks. Of course we wont if you arent stupid, but it is just a precaution :)
